Kateryna Manko Fine Art Studio is operated by Kateryna Manko, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and my procedures when purchasing artworks from my website.

Shipping scope clarification:

  • Giclée prints are available for worldwide shipping.

  • Original artworks and commissioned works are shipped only to the United Kingdom, European Union, and United States.
     

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may request a return or refund if one of the following applies:

  1. Damage during shipping – the artwork arrives damaged.

  2. Misdescription – the artwork is materially different from the description or images shown on the website.

  3. Production defects (prints only) – a visible defect in printing, mounting, or framing that is not part of normal production variation.

Please note:
Images and mock-ups shown on the website are provided for illustrative purposes only. Due to the nature of fine art printing, handmade processes, screen calibration differences, and original artworks, slight variations in colour, texture, size, or appearance may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
 

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please:

  1. Contact me within 14 days of receiving your artwork at art@katerynamanko.com, providing:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photographs of the damage or defect

    • A brief description of the issue

  2. I will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions.

Important:
Please do not return any item without receiving written instructions first.
 

3. Return Costs

  • If the artwork is faulty, damaged during shipping, or does not match your order, return shipping costs will be covered.

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection.
     

4. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items eligible for a refund must:

  • Be in their original packaging where possible

  • Be free from any additional damage after delivery

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that are damaged due to mishandling after delivery may not qualify for a refund.
 

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

  • Where applicable, refunds include the price of the item and standard delivery costs paid by you. Optional or expedited shipping costs are not automatically refundable unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


 

6. Late Delivery (Giclée Prints)

Giclée prints are produced and dispatched by a professional fine art printing service Theprintspace. Dispatch times are typically within a few business days of order acceptance. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

Reasonable delivery time:

  • UK and EU/EEA deliveries typically arrive within a few days of dispatch.

  • International deliveries may take longer depending on destination, customs procedures, and courier services.

Significant delay:

  • If your print has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe and tracking shows no progress, please contact me at art@katerynamanko.com.

  • I will investigate the matter with the production provider and courier.

  • If delivery cannot be completed within a reasonable period beyond normal transit delays, you may be entitled to a refund.

Important:
Normal postal or courier delays (including customs hold-ups or seasonal slowdowns) do not automatically qualify for refunds unless the delay is deemed significant.
 

7. Originals and Commissions

  • Original artworks and commissioned works are shipped only to the United Kingdom, European Union, and United States.

  • Due to the bespoke and/or one-of-a-kind nature of these works, returns are accepted only in cases of damage during shipping or material misdescription.

  • Commissions are considered final once approved and dispatched.

     

8. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch by contacting art@katerynamanko.com.

  • Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
