Commissioned artworks are created specifically to your requirements and are therefore non-refundable and non-cancellable once work on the piece has commenced.

Original Artworks
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind, handmade pieces. All sales of original artworks are final, and I do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind. If an original artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me immediately with photographic evidence so I can assist you.
