1. About Me
I am Kateryna Manko, a fine artist and sole trader based in London, UK, specialising in fine art giclée prints. I also create original artworks and bespoke commissions, which are shipped only to the UK, EU, and USA.
All prints are professionally produced to order by Theprintspace, a UK-based fine art printing and dropshipping service. Your order will be dispatched directly from their facilities.

2. Production & Processing Time
Made to Order: Each print is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Originals and commissioned artworks are produced individually according to your specifications.
Production Time – Prints: Once payment is confirmed, Theprintspace typically prepares and prints your order within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, production may take slightly longer.
Production Time – Originals & Commissions: Creation time for originals or commissioned artworks depends on the complexity and size of the piece. Estimated production and preparation time will be communicated to you individually after purchase.
Note: Production time is counted separately from shipping time.

 
3. Shipping Regions and Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are measured in working days from the date your order is dispatched by Theprintspace.

Please note:

  • These are estimates and provided on a best-endeavours basis.

  • Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Total time from order to delivery = Production time (1–2 days) + Transit time.

  • During holidays or peak periods, delivery may take longer.

Original Artworks & Commissions:

  • Originals and commissioned artworks are shipped only to the UK, EU, and USA.

  • All originals and commissions are dispatched from London, UK.

  • Estimated delivery depends on the chosen shipping method and packaging, and will be communicated individually after purchase.


 
4. Shipping Carriers
Giclée Prints:
All prints are produced and shipped by Theprintspace, which has fulfilment facilities in the UK, Germany, and the USA. Orders are automatically routed to the closest facility to ensure faster delivery and lower costs.
Depending on your location, Theprintspace may use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, USPS, DHL Paket, or Warenpost. The carrier is selected to ensure your order arrives safely, securely, and on time.
Original Artworks & Commissions:
All originals and commissioned artworks are shipped from London, UK, using carefully selected courier services suitable for valuable art. The shipping method will be communicated individually for each order to ensure safe handling and tracking.

5. Shipping Costs
Giclée Prints:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Standard shipping rates per order are:

Notes:

  • Costs are per order, not per item.

  • Multiple prints in a single order ship together when possible.

  • Prices include standard packaging and handling.
     

Original Artworks & Commissions:
Shipping costs for originals and commissioned artworks are calculated individually based on size, weight, and destination (UK, EU, USA only). The shipping cost will be provided at checkout or communicated before dispatch.

 
6. Responsibility & Risk
• Orders become the responsibility of the customer once delivered to the address provided at checkout.
• Ownership of prints, originals, and commissioned artworks transfers to the customer upon full payment.
• While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, neither Theprintspace (for prints) nor I (for prints, originals, and commissions) can be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Originals and commissioned artworks are shipped only to the UK, EU, and USA, and estimated delivery times will be communicated individually.

 

7. International Shipping & Customs
• Giclée prints may be shipped worldwide and could be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country.
• Originals and commissioned artworks are shipped only to the UK, EU, and USA, and may also be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.
• Customs processing may add extra delivery time.
Important:
• I cannot mark items as gifts or alter customs declarations for any shipment.
• Contact your local customs office for guidance on potential charges before ordering.

 
8. Order Tracking
• After your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email with tracking information where available.
• Not all shipping methods include tracking, including some original artworks or commissioned pieces shipped via special courier.
• If you have concerns about tracking or delivery, contact me at art@katerynamanko.com.

9. Failed Delivery & Re‑arranging Delivery

Giclée Prints:
• If a carrier is unable to deliver your order and it cannot fit through your letterbox, the carrier will provide instructions for collection or re‑delivery.
• Theprintspace may contact you if delivery cannot be completed and may charge for storage and re‑delivery costs according to their terms.
• If, despite reasonable efforts, delivery cannot be re‑arranged, Theprintspace may cancel the order and issue a refund for undelivered items, minus shipping and handling costs.
• For any questions or issues with your print order, including if you do not receive communication from Theprintspace, please contact me directly at art@katerynamanko.com. I will help you resolve the situation and liaise with Theprintspace on your behalf.
 

Original Artworks & Commissions:
• Originals and commissioned artworks are shipped only to the UK, EU, and USA via trusted courier services.
• If a courier is unable to deliver your order, they will provide instructions for collection or re‑delivery. Additional costs may apply for storage or re-delivery.
• If delivery cannot be completed despite reasonable efforts, I will contact you to discuss options, which may include rescheduling, return, or, in rare cases, a refund for undelivered items minus shipping costs.
• For any questions or issues regarding your original or commissioned artwork, contact me directly at art@katerynamanko.com. I will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

10. Delivery Address
Accuracy is essential to ensure your order is delivered correctly:
• Please provide a complete street address, postal/ZIP code, contact phone number, and any relevant delivery instructions.
Incorrect Addresses:
• I cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.
• For giclée prints, Theprintspace will attempt delivery according to the address provided.
• For originals and commissioned artworks (shipped only to the UK, EU, and USA), incorrect addresses may result in additional courier fees or return to sender.
Address Changes:
• If you need to update your delivery address, please contact me immediately at art@katerynamanko.com.
• Once your order has been dispatched:
 – Giclée prints may not be redirected once in transit via Theprintspace.
 – Originals and commissioned artworks may have limited flexibility for address changes after dispatch; additional courier charges may apply if rerouting is possible.

 
11. Delays Beyond My Control
Your orders are carefully produced and shipped as follows:

  • Giclée prints are handled by Theprintspace.

  • Originals and commissioned artworks are personally packaged and shipped by me via trusted couriers within the UK, EU, or USA.

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside my or Theprintspace’s control, such as:
 • Severe weather or natural events
 • Carrier delays or strikes
 • Customs processing
 • Public holidays
 • Pandemics or other public health issues
 • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided when placing your order
While I cannot speed up the delivery myself, I will always be available to help you track your order and resolve any issues.
Important:

  • Refunds for giclée prints or originals/commissions are only possible for significant delays that are within my control or the production provider’s control, not for ordinary postal or courier delays.

  • Originals and commissioned artworks may have longer shipping times due to bespoke packaging, and delivery estimates will be communicated individually.


 
12. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Prints:
 • Contact me within 7 days of delivery at art@katerynamanko.com with photos.
 • I will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Damaged Originals or Commissions:
 • Contact me immediately upon receipt at art@katerynamanko.com with photos of the item and packaging.
 • I will arrange a replacement (if possible) or refund, depending on the agreement for the commissioned artwork.
Lost Packages:
 1. Check with neighbors or building management.
 2. Use tracking info with the carrier (if available).
 3. Contact me with your order number.
I will investigate and resolve issues promptly, whether for prints, originals, or commissioned artworks.
13. Multiple Items in One Order
 • Prints: Items ship together when produced at the same facility.
 • Originals and Commissions: These are usually shipped individually due to bespoke packaging and handling. You will be notified of any separate shipments.
 • Shipping cost remains the same regardless of quantity for prints. For originals or commissions, shipping costs are calculated individually and communicated before dispatch.

15. Important Notes
 • All prints are produced by Theprintspace in London (UK), Düsseldorf (Germany), or New York (USA).
 • Originals and commissioned artworks are prepared and shipped directly by me, with bespoke packaging to ensure safe delivery.
 • Your print order is automatically routed to the closest Theprintspace facility for faster delivery and lower shipping costs.
 • Prints are packaged with protective, sustainable materials; all packaging is recyclable or biodegradable. Originals and commissions are packaged with additional protective materials suitable for fragile or one-of-a-kind artworks.
 • You will receive a confirmation email after purchase and a separate dispatch notification when your print is on the way. For originals or commissions, dispatch details and estimated delivery times will be communicated individually.
